The Publisher Desk Hires Emily Morin

The Publisher Desk, a fully integrated audience development and content monetization partner to digital publishers, announced that it has hired Emily Morin to serve in a newly created role as the company’s Vice President of Advertising Technology. Previously, Morin was Director, Ad Technology & Platforms, at U.S. News & World Report.

At The Publisher Desk, Morin will help in the creation of solutions that maximize yield for digital publishers, serving as an intermediary between engineers and senior managers, as well as C-Suite executives. Her work will build on many of the skillsets she has developed over the course of her 15-year career, supporting some of the world’s largest publishers including Hearst and Tribune.

Since joining the company, Emily immediately started several major projects, including creating standardization, identity and privacy solutions. She brings extensive relationships with partners including Amazon, Google, and Prebid among others, allowing her to implement optimal solutions faster and more effectively.

“When I’m working on solutions and integrations, we’re doing it not just for our clients but for ourselves and against our own dollars,” Morin said. “We are a publisher, too. So we are working together to maximize revenue, user experience and implement different solutions that will garner the best results.
